Scroll the story

01 · Survey

We start on site, not in a catalogue.

Measures, photos, the awkward corners — before anyone cuts a stick of timber.

02 · Specify

Timber chosen with your rooms in mind.

Oak, ash, walnut, sapele — picked for how they live with British weather and heating.

03 · Make

Named makers. Same roof.

Your job doesn’t disappear into a factory queue. It’s built here, by people with names.

04 · Fit

Installed by the hands that made it.

Clean site, tight joints, a handover that doesn’t leave you guessing.

Workshop, not catalogue

Every job starts with a site measure. Fields on this page power the template — ProcessWire / Kirby style.

Workshop

Made here

Not catalogue stock

Oak

Strong, honest grain for stairs, doors and furniture that outlasts trends.

Ash

Light, tough and beautiful under oil for contemporary interiors.

Walnut

Rich contrast for details, thresholds and statement pieces.

Sapele

Stable for external joinery when the weather has opinions.

They measured once, made it right, and the staircase still smells of proper timber when the sun hits it.

Before you call

How long does a typical job take?

Doors and simple fitted work often 4–8 weeks from deposit. Stairs and full kitchens take longer — lead time is always in writing.

Do you work with architects?

Yes. We take drawings, flag buildability early and keep one contact through make and fit.

Can I visit the workshop?

By appointment. Bring drawings — it is easier to talk timber with sawdust underfoot.
