Payments
Card payments run through Stripe Checkout on encrypted pages — when live, branded as checkout.jfreemanhub.com (still hosted securely by Stripe). You can pay from your client portal or from the secure link in an invoice email — no need to type card numbers into this website.
Overview
When a deposit or invoice is ready, you’ll get a clear amount, reference and a way to pay by card.
Most clients use the private client portal (Invoices → Pay now). If you prefer not to log in, the email often includes a signed pay link that opens Stripe directly.
Recurring hosting or care plans use the same Stripe stack — subscribe once and manage the card in Stripe’s customer portal when you need to.

In practice
This site never stores your full card number. Checkout runs on Stripe’s servers, preferably under the branded host checkout.jfreemanhub.com once Stripe activates the custom domain. Stripe is a major payment processor used by businesses worldwide.
Only pay through official jfreemanhub.com portal links or the pay link in emails from Jamie. If something looks off, stop and email freeman@goldhealing.co.uk (or the address on your invoice) before paying.
Webhook confirmation marks invoices paid automatically after a successful card payment — you should not need to screenshot a receipt for Jamie to update status.
Outcomes
No vague “pay what you can” — invoice total and currency shown before you confirm.
Stripe handles cards, Apple Pay / Google Pay where available, and 3-D Secure.
Portal status moves to paid when Stripe confirms; Jamie is notified.
If a link expires or a payment fails, open the portal or reply to the invoice email.
Difference
You talk to the person designing and coding — not a sales desk. No account manager retelling your brief for the third time.
Clear deliverables, timeline and price before work starts. Scope changes are agreed in writing, not sprung as a surprise invoice.
Clean structure, performance and handoff your team can actually use. No mystery page-builder spaghetti.
Hosting, updates and friendly help when something breaks at 5pm Friday. Optional retainers if you want ongoing peace of mind.
Send a short note about the project. I’ll reply with fit, rough timeline and next steps — no hard sell, no endless discovery calls.
Process
From invoice to paid in a few taps.
You receive an email (and see the invoice in the client portal if you have a login).
Use Pay now in the portal or the secure link in the email. You’ll land on Stripe Checkout.
Enter card details on Stripe’s page. Complete any bank verification if asked.
You’re returned to a confirmation page. The invoice is marked paid when Stripe notifies the portal.

FAQ
Yes. Checkout is hosted by Stripe. Card data is not stored on jfreemanhub.com.
Not always. Email pay links can open Stripe without logging in. The portal is better if you have multiple invoices or a hosting plan.
Major cards supported by Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, etc.). Apple Pay / Google Pay appear when your device and Stripe support them.
Sometimes, by prior agreement. Card via Stripe is the default for speed and automatic paid status.
Try another card or contact your bank. Then use Pay now again or ask Jamie to resend the invoice email.

Wait a minute and refresh. If it still looks wrong, keep the Stripe receipt and message Jamie from the portal.
