This policy covers jfreemanhub.com (the studio site operated by Jamie Freeman). It does not cover third-party sites linked from here, payment pages on Stripe, or password-protected client portals except as noted.

What I collect
- Enquiries — name, email, optional phone, service/budget/timeline, call-slot preference, and the message you type. Used only to reply about your project.
- Client portal accounts — login details and project records if you become a client. Separate from this marketing site.
- Technical logs — IP address, user agent and timestamps for security, spam filtering and abuse prevention. Not used for advertising profiles.
What I do not do
- No marketing lists from the contact form.
- No sale of personal data.
- No advertising cookies on this marketing site.
Legal basis
Legitimate interests (replying to a request you sent, securing the site) and, where you become a client, contract. You can ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion of enquiry records by emailing hello@jfreemanhub.com.
How long
Enquiry emails and admin copies are kept as project correspondence. Technical logs are rotated. Client records last for the life of the project plus a sensible archive for invoices and legal duty.
Processors
Hosting is with Hostinger. Email may be sent via the host or SMTP2GO. Payments for invoices use Stripe on Stripe’s own pages. Each has its own privacy policy for data they process.

UK GDPR rights apply: access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and complaint to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
